Next Day Delivery (excludes Bank Holidays & Weekends) – £7.50 (UK Mainland Only)

For orders below £25, there is a flat fee of £7.50 for all UK Mainland orders, the delivery time will be between 8.00am – 6.00pm and will need to be signed for, therefore please make sure someone is present at the delivery address during these hours.

FREE DELIVERY On Orders Over £25.00 (UK Mainland Only)

If your order is above the value of £50.00, this qualifies for FREE DELIVERY to UK Mainland only but please note, if the order includes heavy items such as 50 litre bags of soil, the Heavy Item Surcharge will still be applicable.

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Man, Wight & Scilly – £19.95

For shipping to areas outside of the UK Mainland, there is a flat fee of £19.95 per parcel

Different Billing & Shipping Address

If you would like your order delivered to a different address to your billing address, we will be happy to do this, but to stop fraudulent transactions we will be in contact within 24 hours of the order being placed requesting that you supply Photo ID (Passport/Driving Licence) and a recent Utility Bill.

Heavy Item Surcharge

Heavier items, such as 50 litre bags of soil, will incur an additional £5 Heavy Item Surcharge, you will be prompted on the website when an item qualifies for the additional charge.

Large & Multi Item Orders

For larger, multi-item orders, if the size and/or weight exceeds what our courier allows, an alternative method may have to be used, for example, shipping it on a pallet. Unfortunately, this means an additional charge may be incurred, but we will contact you via telephone prior to the order being processed.

Tent Kit Orders

Due to the size constraints placed on us by couriers, our tent kits are sent out in two separate consignments. This means you may receive the tent before the rest of the contents or the other way around. In addition, international purchases may have to pay an increased import cost, however, we do not control these as they are set by your local courier/government.

Dispatch Time

If your order is placed before 12.00 noon, we will endeavour to pick, pack and ship your item on the same day for next day delivery, however, the closer to 12.00 noon the order is placed, depending on how busy our mailorder department is, may mean your item will not be dispatched until the following day, rule of thumb, the earlier you place an order, the more likely it’ll be delivered next day. Furthermore, some bespoke branded products may be delivered later than expected as these will have to be sent from the supplier before we can send them to you.

Out Of Stock / Delivery Delays

In the event that there’s a problem with your order, for example the item is out of stock, or a replacement needs to be issued, we will contact you first via telephone, if there’s no answer, we’ll send you an email, explaining the situation.

If we do not hear back from you within 30 days after several failed attempts, we will issue you a full refund and send a final email outlining the reasons why.

If you are missing an item from your order, please don’t worry. We are part-dispatching any orders which have items that are currently out of stock. Once the goods are back in, they’ll be shipped out separately for you and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.

Damaged Or Faulty Goods

When packing orders, care and attention is made to make sure your order arrives on time and intact. If however your order has been damaged during transit, please see our Returns Policy.
