We try to ensure our product images are as accurate as possible, in rare cases such as when a supplier has made a change without informing us, the product you recieve may be slightly different in colour or design than pictured on our site.
We update images as soon as we are made aware of these discrepancies.
Log into our website in the top right of any page and navigate to “my account”, there you will be able to download a copy of your invoice.
If you checked our as a guest, the invoice would of been emailed to you, alternatively you can contact our customer service team and they can send you a copy of your invoice.

Yes in most cases as soon as an item is available again, we will get more stock.
If an item is permanently discontinued, we remove it from our product catalogue as soon as possible.
We can ship to most countries, however outside of the UK there will be rather expensive import duty for the customer to pay, this is decided by the importing countries customs agents, and we have no control over the charges, or a way to accurately predict them.
