Control CO2 Levels In your Grow Room With The Ecotechnic Evolution Controller
- Features a day and night sensor
- For use with or without an Evolution CO2 Analyser
- Fully programmable and Microprocessor controlled
The Ecotechnic Evolution CO2 Controller monitors CO2 levels within the grow room and constantly adjusts the amount of CO2 to maintain the ideal conditions for optimal plant growth.
What is the Ecotechnic Evolution Co2 Controller used for?
This controller unit is a high-performance carbon dioxide monitoring system. It utilises one of the latest microprocessor and infra-red technology to monitor and control the levels of carbon dioxide in your growing area. Likewise, you can use it with either bottled CO2 gas or with a propane or natural gas burning CO2 generator. Furthermore, it is one of the most advanced of its kind and has more features and functionality than other similar products on the market. Similarly, you can use it with or without the Carbon Dioxide Sensor and can be interfaced to an external thermostat/hygrometer. Therefore providing a cheap entry-level system with an easy and affordable upgrade.
How to use the Ecotechnic Evolution Co2 Controller
To use this system you’ll need to first start by setting the volume of your growing area in cubic meters. To work out the cubic volume of your grow room use this equation: length x width x height = internal cubic volume of the room. Then you’ll need to set the CO2 level for the room. However, please b aware that the maximum level of CO2 that a plant can process will be dependant on temperature, humidity and available light levels. The baseline level for CO2 in fresh air is between 300ppm and 400ppm. You’ll then need to set up GAS source and GAS flow rate. Likewise, you should also programme the top-up dose and its duration and the fan cycle times and duration.
